We are lucky to have Les Doss from Terre Rouge and Easton Winery visiting us and telling us about these wines. The winery was founded in the late 80’s by Winemaker Bill Easton and his wife. Bill is one of the original Rhone Rangers and pioneered the Rhone varietals in the Sierra Foothills of California.

His Zinfandel wines come from the Rinaldi Vineyard which was planted in 1865 which makes it a old vine Zinfandel. Bill puts his family name Easton on his non Rhone varietals.

We will be tasting Easton “Natoma” Sauvignon Blanc, Terre Rouge Viognier, Easton Rinaldi Old Vine Zinfandel, Easton Estate Cabernet Sauvignon and Terre Rouge Sentinel Oak/Pyramid Block Syrah.
