This promises to be an educational and fun event.  Randy and Jim want to teach us about the art of blending.  They are using some exceptional wines.  Phelan Cabernet, Paloma Merlot, Guilliams Cab Franc and a Luca Malbec.  We will be dividing into three groups and each group will present their blend to a panel of 3 judges.  The winning group will receive a gold medal along with a bottle of Papplyon to share.  The second and third tables will receive silver and bronze along with a bottle of Prisoner to share.  Make plans to attend now and join us at 6951 Willow Bend, Odessa, Texas at 7:00 p.m.  Cost will be $45 for members and $50 for guests.  Please RSVP by March 2nd to shirley@winesocietyoftexas.org or by calling Shirley at 432-553-6408.
